This report summarises the
findings from the recent feedback questionnaires completed by
you, your manager and a selection of raters from among your
Direct Reports, your peers and your associates. It provides a
picture of how others see your working style and is designed
to provide some guidelines for your self-development, as well
as highlighting your particular strengths and competencies.
With the exception of you and your manager, everyone
who participated in this questionnaire did so on the
understanding that it was completely confidential and
anonymous: you are therefore requested to refrain from trying
to find out who provided which feedback.
The purposes
of this report are: -
- To improve your self-knowledge by providing information
about how others see you (your strengths as well as any
weaker areas)
- To provide guidelines for your self-development by
identifying those aspects that would benefit from change or
improvement
