easy360 is part of Survey Solutions, a specialist provider
of employee surveys and research of all kinds, including
360 degree feedback, since 1993.
Our experience in developing and conducting 360 degree
feedback projects over a number of years led us to conclude
that there is a strong need for a flexible tool that enables
clients to ‘help themselves’ to an immediately
accessible system for managing their assessments, with a
flexible degree of consultancy input and support from us.
The result, which has been developed, used and furtherrefined
over a two year period, is the easy360 system.
